We strive to ship out orders daily on business days. Orders are processed in the order they are received. We send all mail via USPS with tracking as soon as it is processed. It may take up to 3 business days to process an order. Pre-Order items may take up to 30 days to receive as they are custom ordered from the manufacturer. We reserve the right to ship your items separately or together.

For your protection and ours, we accept and process payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account,  during checkout when you get to the PayPal page click on the drop down arrow that says "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit" to continue paying with your credit card. You have the option to create a PayPal account if you would like to.
All orders are final unless a mistake is made by us. If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us so we can help you out. Any orders that are returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, international issues, return to sender, or ANY other reasons will be subject to our regular cost for that delivery despite all promotions. Re-delivery of the package will require an upfront payment before package can be shipped out again.
We are a boutique, so our sizes and selections may often vary. However, at any given time, you may find clothing for newborns all the way up to a kid’s size 14. The majority of our items are toddler sizes 2T to 7. We are actively working with our brands and vendors to increase the range of sizes so that we can deliver great selections to more of our customers.
At this time, we do not personal style for adults.
You will take a survey which would tell us all of the details of your request. We will contact you via email if we have any further questions. Once your looks are complete, we will email you the results and the final price should you want to purchase anything found. All selections will be invoiced the total price and the outfits will be special ordered for you. The length of delivery time will vary as we shop from our own network of suppliers and outside vendors. We will inform you of all of your shipping options and costs at that time.
